Land Rover Bernie is exceptional and their service department. I have other options that are closer to my home, but I will drive further to get superior service with Land Rover Bernie. They are efficient, they are friendly, they are professional and they keep me apprised of everything that is happening with my car along the way.
Poor experience all the way around. Felt taken advantage. They added a $1295 JLR Care, which I feel is a junk fee. They promised me a full car detailed and only got a measly car wash. Stay away!

Most recently I had experience with the service staff at Boerne Land Rover. They were outstanding. I was met by Mike with whom I had spoken on the phone. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Later a young man, maybe Nathaniel(?) had dimples and tattoo-brought me to car and showed me how to use the kick feature. Both men were cordial and helpful. The service area was sleek and clean and the waiting area was new with comfortable seating and a nice coffee/tea bar and snacks.

Service tech Maryann very attentive, friendly and professional. Service time was extended but was provided transportation to near shopping mall so time passed fast.

Polite service and excellent snacks while I waited. Scheduled the replacement for a Saturday, the eta was right in and my 110 Defender was ready when expected. They also washed it and even dried inside the door frames to insure no spots after the water dried. The checked out the SV sunrise copper Range Rover on the floor but decided against getting it.
Pleasure doing buisness with JLRBoerne. The Service dept reps were honest, candid and very helpful. With prior coordination I was in and out of the service dept with a loaner in a matter of minutes. There is no follow up when having to get your vehicle fixed, salesmen will completely cut off contact with you and not respond to inquiries regarding a vehicle you’ll purchase. I do not recommend this dealership at all.
I was verbally insulted by the general manager in front of a service technician. The alleged general manager accused me of being drunk, and that I returned the last and first loaner vehicle back to the dealership as “trashed“. He negated my right as a customer to obtain a loaner vehicle While my SUV was in the shop. His response was that loaners are subject todealership discretion.
Workmanship is good, communication and returning phone calls not so good. Very expensive for repairs and time consuming for customer. They are taking advantage of customers because not to many repair shops will work on Range Rovers.

I purchased a "CPO" RR Sport from Land Rover Boerne 7 months ago. Unbeknown to me at the time, this "CPO" RR had a bent rim, flat spots on two tires, chair/headrest that constantly rattles and an infotainment system that works half the time, leaving me unable to utilize climate control and other features. I have experienced these issues from the very first day since purchasing this "CPO" RR. Very beautiful Dealership clean and lots of inventory, especially on the defender model easy to get and exit
There are three Land Rover service centers all about an hour from my house. The work took a bit longer than expected (it was a very complex/time consuming repair) but they gave me a loaner vehicle and brought my car to me and picked up the loaner (an hour away!) all at no extra cost. All told, I'm very satisfied with the work they did and the care they provided to make the experience as pain free as possible.

In the process of replacing a part covered by my extended warranty, they found a nail in the sidewall of one tire. They took that tire off, replaced it with the spare, and ordered another tire. I had tire insurance. Maryam called me the next day with a time to come over and get the new wheel. All good. Excellent service department
Tery was a lovely young man who managed to get the price as advertised. I do wish I'd done a little more investigation into the car as I had some surprises. They had replaced the run-flat tires with regular tires. There was no spare but apparently this car doesn't come with a spare. So I've had to replace the new tires they put on with run-flat tires to feel safe. But all in all I like the car, it's fun to drive. And there is NOTHING like driving a convertible! Any other vehicle is simply transportation!
My Review keeps getting removed from this dealership's reviews. The acurrate star rating shoukd be 4.1, shoud they allow my review, and not 4.6. The service department came highly recommended so I decided to give them a try. The service rep was very unresponsive at times. However I found the technician being highly skilled, especially the shop foreman, Frank. I give him 5 stars and I will return solely because of him.
